Everyone must sign up through their coach's approval (only 2-4 people per team). The forms will be located at Advantage Sports Center and ONLY 40 people per night will be allowed. Please come prepared with paper and pencil.

IF you cancel out or no-show after signing the forms, you will be individually charged $10 for each "no show" or cancellation.
